Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please contact us at to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). After 14 days return for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is extremely importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the garment to make sure it is what you ordered and everything in accordance with your order specifications. Please note that you need to contact us to initiate the returning process.

If you are returning or exchanging a garment, please make sure it is in the original condition and original packaging, - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint, hair and with tags intact and attached.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
